How you can tell
Many experiment with AI. Few make it into production.
Do you recognize your company in one of these statements? Tap it to see what AI consulting changes.
In AI consulting
It starts with understanding: how AI is built, which models exist and which AI features are part of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 and Business Central. We build AI skills in a practical, role-based way, from management to business departments and technical teams, and show business AI applications with a demo. The goal of the first stage is to recognize potential and take the first steps.
In AI consulting
Without a sound decision, it stays unclear which use cases come first. Together, we assess your use cases by business value, feasibility, data availability and risk. The goal is a prioritized portfolio instead of an unstructured collection of ideas.
In AI consulting
Data protection, access rights, the AI Act, model choice and responsibilities are often not sufficiently regulated. We help set clear guardrails: roles, policies and approval processes, permission and model control, AI literacy. We classify regulatory questions together with your responsible experts; this does not replace legal advice.
In AI consulting
Proofs of concept work but are not integrated sustainably into systems, processes and organization, so AI initiatives remain isolated technology projects instead of improving real processes and goals. We always look at AI in the context of real processes, users and business goals, develop working prototypes from prioritized use cases and integrate suitable AI solutions into your existing business processes and system landscapes, all the way to production.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about AI consulting.
What companies most often want to know before getting started with AI.
What is AI consulting?
AI consulting helps companies use artificial intelligence effectively. At NAVAX, it ranges from strategy and governance to implementation in business processes, ERP, CRM, data platforms and Microsoft-based business applications, from first orientation to a scalable AI solution.
Where should our company start with AI?
The right starting point depends on maturity, goals, data, processes and regulatory requirements. Work often begins with an executive briefing, a readiness check or a use case workshop. The AI roadmap in three stages provides orientation: discover AI for companies with no or very little AI experience, apply AI for companies with first AI experience or pilot projects, scale AI for companies with AI know-how and clear goals.
How do we identify the right AI use cases?
Use cases are assessed by business value, feasibility, data availability, risk and scalability. The goal is a prioritized portfolio instead of an unstructured collection of ideas.
Where can AI be used?
Possible areas include sales (prioritizing leads, detecting customer churn earlier), finance (analyzing invoices and receipts, assigning costs automatically), operations and production (forecasting maintenance needs, supporting quality control), retail (forecasting demand, optimizing inventory) and professional services and knowledge work (summarizing meetings, making knowledge easier to find). These are possible areas of application, not standardized products that are available right away. We assess the right use together along your processes and data.
How is the NAVAX AI offering structured?
It has four building blocks: AI training at several levels, plus training on the AI Act; the AI workshop; the AI pilot with proofs of concept and the subsequent implementation; and a managed service. Which building blocks you need depends on where your company stands on the AI roadmap.
How does an AI workshop work?
The AI workshop is for the C-level, business departments and innovation management and takes place on site, with presentation, discussion and pilot specification. It covers an introduction to how AI is built, its theory and models, business AI applications with a demo, a detailed process walkthrough with decision-makers from the business department, developing an AI and data strategy and specifying data management, models and goals. The result is a data and AI strategy and use cases for AI pilots. Possible next steps are an AI pilot or a managed service.
What happens in an AI pilot?
The AI pilot has two parts. In the specification, the process is mapped and analyzed, data is provided, the target variable and potential are determined and an overview of suitable AI models is given; at the end, there is a pilot specification and an implementation plan. On your side, this requires project management and contacts from the business and data teams. In the implementation, the data is prepared and analyzed, models are trained and compared and the results are interpreted. The result is a feasibility study. You provide the data and are available for questions. Only then does the actual AI project follow, with a project stage and milestone plan, detailed AI target performance, data connection, application and integration, test strategy, go-live support, evaluation of the model KPIs and support; its details are defined after the pilot.
Does NAVAX also support implementation?
Yes. NAVAX supports not only strategy and workshops but also prototyping, integration, go-live, adoption and further development of suitable AI solutions.
What role do Microsoft technologies play?
NAVAX has extensive experience with Microsoft-based business applications, data platforms and automation. Depending on the use case, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Azure and Power Platform, among others, can be considered.
Does NAVAX support AI governance and the EU AI Act?
NAVAX helps companies build roles, guidelines, approval processes, technical controls and the necessary AI literacy. Regulatory questions are classified together with the responsible internal or external experts. This does not replace legal advice.
Does NAVAX offer AI training for employees?
Yes. Formats include awareness workshops, AI Academy, AI Compass, AI Labs, communities of practice and practical AI, Copilot and prompting training.
What is the NAVAX AI Platform?
The NAVAX AI Platform is an enterprise AI platform for controlled AI interactions. It connects different models, skills and agents with features for access, governance, monitoring and cost control, including Entra single sign-on and EU hosting, permission concepts and audit logging.
What is NAVAX SmartCharge?
NAVAX SmartCharge is an AI-supported solution for more transparency in fleet cost management. Invoice data is automatically extracted, assigned and prepared for analysis.
