Copilot Studio agents that take routine work off your team.
With Microsoft Copilot Studio, you build your own AI agents that answer questions and handle recurring processes on their own. NAVAX plans, builds and runs them with you.

Three problems AI agents solve.
Knowledge nobody can find, requests that repeat every day, and pilots that never reach daily work. Here is what NAVAX does in these cases.
NAVAX uses Copilot Studio itself.
The NAVAX Buddy is NAVAX’s internal AI agent in Microsoft Teams.

What NAVAX builds for you.
Microsoft 365 Copilot is the ready-made assistant in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. Copilot Studio is the platform you use to build your own agents for your processes. Every agent consists of knowledge (documents, websites, databases), tools (actions in Business Central, Dynamics 365 or other systems) and triggers (a chat message, a new email, an event in the system). That way, an agent can act without a chat, for example when an order comes in.

Frequently asked questions about Copilot Studio.
What people often ask before a first conversation. If your question is missing, ask NAVAX directly.
What is Microsoft Copilot Studio?
Copilot Studio is a low-code platform from Microsoft for creating, testing and publishing your own AI agents. The agents draw on your company knowledge, carry out actions in your systems and run, for example, in Microsoft Teams, on websites or in Microsoft 365 Copilot. Copilot Studio is the successor to Power Virtual Agents.
What is the difference between Copilot and Copilot Studio?
Copilot is a ready-made AI assistant; Copilot Studio is the tool you use to build your own agents. Microsoft 365 Copilot supports individual people in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. With Copilot Studio, you create agents for specific processes, such as customer requests, HR questions or orders, and can also extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with them.
How much does Microsoft Copilot Studio cost?
The cost depends on how heavily your agents are used. Microsoft bills Copilot Studio through Copilot Credits, either as a monthly capacity pack for the whole company or pay-as-you-go through an Azure subscription. How many credits an agent needs depends on the number of conversations and the type of actions. Whether additional licenses are needed also depends on whether your users already have Microsoft 365 Copilot. NAVAX estimates the requirement together with you.
What is the difference between Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Microsoft Copilot is Microsoft’s general AI chat; Microsoft 365 Copilot is the add-on license for businesses. It works directly in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams and draws on your emails, files and meetings, always within your existing permissions.
Is Microsoft Copilot better than ChatGPT?
For working with company data in Microsoft 365, Copilot is usually the better fit. Copilot works within your Microsoft 365 environment, respects existing permissions and is covered by Microsoft’s data protection commitments for business customers. For general tasks such as drafting text or collecting ideas, both tools work.
Can you build AI agents without coding skills?
Yes, simple agents can be built in Copilot Studio without coding skills. You describe in natural language what the agent should do and connect knowledge sources with a click. As soon as an agent accesses ERP data or carries out actions itself, it takes experience with interfaces, permissions and testing.
What does the EU AI Act require of companies that use AI agents?
Since February 2, 2025, companies must ensure that employees who work with AI systems have sufficient AI literacy (Article 4 of the EU AI Act). Depending on what an agent is used for, further obligations may apply. Which ones apply to your case is best clarified together with your legal counsel.
