NAVAX's AI training comes in three levels: AI Fundamentals (Entry) with an overview of AI technologies and an introduction to machine learning, AI Deep Dive (Advanced) with advanced algorithms and practical examples from various industries, and AI Professional (Expert), which covers implementing AI models and Microsoft Foundry. In addition, there is the AI Act training.
Also three levels: Copilot M365 (Entry) with an introduction to prompting and hands-on exercises, the Copilot Specialization (Advanced) on Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales and Copilot in Business Central, and Copilot Studio (Expert) with an introduction to agents and hands-on exercises.
Copilot is a ready-made AI assistant; Copilot Studio is the tool you use to build your own agents. Microsoft 365 Copilot supports individuals in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. With Copilot Studio, you create agents for specific workflows. That's why Copilot M365 comes first in the Copilot training and Copilot Studio sits at the Expert level.
Since February 2, 2025, companies must ensure that employees who work with AI systems have sufficient AI literacy (Article 4 of the AI Act). NAVAX therefore recommends the AI Act training at every level of the AI roadmap. That depends on where your company stands with AI. If you want to discover AI, start with AI Fundamentals, Copilot M365 and the AI Act training. If you already apply AI, go deeper with AI Deep Dive and the Copilot Specialization. If you want to scale AI, move on to specialist training such as AI Programming and Copilot Studio. The catalog has four parts. The core training courses Administration, Inventory & Trade and Financial Accounting are part of the NAVAX ERP EasyStarter. Add-on training goes deeper into individual features, such as permissions, Word documents, Status Management, Extended Approval Workflow, NAVAX Document Text, Excel Report Builder and Power BI reports. Module training introduces areas such as finance, logistics, planning, production, assembly, physical inventory, service, marketing and sales, and the Shopify Connector. In addition, there is the telemetry workshop “Performance Boost” with Azure Application Insights.
When you implement with the NAVAX ERP EasyStarter, you choose how you learn: on your own with Microsoft Learn, with the training videos from Learn4D365 or in person with NAVAX. The core training for Administration, Inventory & Trade and Financial Accounting runs via Microsoft Teams, on your own environment with your data. You may record every session and receive all slides.
