How you can tell

From where you are to where you want to be.

Do you recognize your company in one of these statements? Tap it, and next to it you see the target state of the implementation.

  1. With NAVAX

Grown silos and media breaks become one integrated platform. In a project, we clarify this in the first phase in workshops and record it in a gap list and a technical specification.

  2. With NAVAX

Manual, recurring processes become automated, end-to-end workflows. Before the system goes live, functional tests and a user acceptance test check that the workflows hold up.

  3. With NAVAX

Instead of a lack of real-time transparency: live data and reporting at the push of a button. Power BI and the Power Platform can be added for analytics.

  4. With NAVAX

One partner, from the license to support. NAVAX guides the implementation from analysis through delivery into operations; after that, the NAVAX Customer Service supports you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about ERP and CRM implementation.

What companies most often want to know before implementing an ERP or CRM system.

What paths to an ERP or CRM implementation does NAVAX offer?

Two: packaged or as a project. Packaged, you implement Business Central with the NAVAX ERP EasyStarter or your CRM with the NAVAX CRM Packages, standardized CRM packages at a packaged fixed price. As a project, the implementation follows the NAVAX Hybrid Project Roadmap in three phases: analysis & specification, delivery and operations. The standardized first phase lays the foundation for both paths, for the EasyStarter as well as for a classic project.

When is a packaged implementation the right fit?

For the NAVAX ERP EasyStarter, company size matters less than whether your processes, requirements and project scope fit the standardized implementation approach. NAVAX clarifies this with you in the initial conversation. For Business Central, the process analysis lays the groundwork: it ends with prioritized requirements, an effort estimate and the recommended approach.

What are the phases of an ERP implementation with the NAVAX Hybrid Project Roadmap?

Three. Phase 1, analysis & specification: project preparation and setup, workshops and gap list, technical specification, product backlog. Phase 2, delivery: solution design and development, sprints and implementation, functional tests, user acceptance test. Phase 3, operations: go-live decision, key user and end user training, go-live and support, NAVAX Customer Service. The roadmap is NAVAX's project methodology across systems; how it is tailored to your project, we define together.

Who guides the project?

Project management, project controlling, a solution architect and quality assurance guide the project throughout, across all three phases.

What is the NAVAX ERP EasyStarter?

The NAVAX ERP EasyStarter is the packaged implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Before the start, you know what you get and what it costs: every module has a fixed scope and a fixed price. Modules, process and training are described on our Business Central implementation page.

What do the NAVAX CRM Packages include?

The NAVAX CRM Packages are standardized CRM packages with a flat-rate scope, at a packaged fixed price, in four steps. 1. Analysis: core process analysis, envisioning workshops, interface workshops. 2. Activation and basic setup for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, Field Service or Customer Service, also in combination. 3. Training packages for the same apps. 4. Support and extension: NAVAX Customer Service and packages for Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, DocumentsCorePack, data import and autonumbering, plus an add-on for activities and documents. Beyond that, AI and agents, Power BI and Power Platform as well as individual customization are possible.

What happens after go-live?

Go-live and support are part of the third phase of the roadmap; after that, the NAVAX Customer Service supports you. With the CRM Packages, support and extension are included as the fourth step.
